Innovative and elegant, the Azimut 58 is ideal for entertaining family and friends at sea. Clever use of space and attention to detail make all the difference. For example, the innovative I Boat® system connects your iPod™ to the yacht’s sound system.

The teak-bottomed flybridge can have either a bimini top or a hard top on the rollbar. The helm station has a two-person steering bench. In the dining area are refrigerator and ice maker, sink, table, and barbecue. The teak cockpit has dimmable lights; a large sofa conceals the companionway to the crew area. All flybridge sofas and cushions are upholstered in Samoa beige leather. The bow has another large sundeck with safety rails. The stern sundeck has a six-person, C-shaped sofa and is spacious enough to accommodate recliners. Alternatively, owners may choose to keep the tender on this sundeck rather than on the fold-down swim platform; a 400-kg crane to lift the tender can be installed.

On the main deck, the salon includes an eight-person L-shaped sofa in braided cotton with leather inserts that can convert to a double bed. A second, two-person sofa can be replaced with furniture housing a radio CD system and 32-inch LCD television. Silk Roman shades adorn the broad windows. The dinette and galley are upstairs from the salon, as is the command bridge. The dinette seats six; one bench back that moves on servo-assisted slides also serves as the back of the pilot seat. The galley has a 220-liter refrigerator, three-burner range, grill, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-drier. The brown Aquaguard Shimmer work surface has two sinks with chrome-plated brass taps. Walking areas are pickled oak, contrasting with the brown lacquered-wood cabinets.

Below decks, the master cabin is full-beam wide and amidships, with three panoramic windows whose middle section can be opened and a 32-inch LCD television. Starboard of the bed are a vanity with drawers, mirror, and pouf; a chest of drawers; and a cedar-lined wardrobe. On the left, a large, cedar-lined wardrobe has an internal full-length mirror. Behind the bed, back-lit leather panels show the master hand of designer Carlo Galeazzi. The en suite dinette is perfect for breakfast or a midnight snack. The master bathroom has a pickled oak floor and back-lit shelves with glass inserts, a shower, and Vetrofreddo® glass sink.

The VIP cabin has a 20-inch LCD television, large rectangular windows, and a double bed that can be separated in a V-shape; the guest cabin has portholes and twin beds. Both have cedar-lined wardrobes. In all the cabins, headboards and bed frames are leather; bedspreads are velvet in soft, warm colors; and Venetian blinds adjust the light.
