Evermarine provides its customers with a simple solution to owning a yacht which frees the yacht owner from all the risk and unforseen problems which the yacht owner would normally have to face. For two months of each year for five years, the owner has exclusive access to a yacht valued at two and a half million dollars for a fraction of the cost of exclusive ownership.
Evermarine's fractional ownership scheme works over a five year period starting with the initial transaction.
I. THE INITIAL TRANSACTION
The holding company of the Moppie 570 will issue six equal shares for $425,000 each. In the current round of sales there are four shares remaining.
The sales price of the boat is $2,500,000 which is the same price offered at the Miami boat show.
II. MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY
Each partner pays $750 a month for maintence.
The boat has full warranty for 5 years on engine, hull and all major applicances. Evermarine will maintain the boat in a professional manner and to the highest standards.
III. SCHEDULING AND RESERVATIONS
Evermarine takes sole responsibility for scheduling and reservations. We make sure that scheduling is fair for all shareholders and that each shareholder is guaranteed eight weekends each year as part of the sixty day share. Our expert staff will take your reservations and ensure the yacht is equipped and checked and ready to go at the times you have requested so no sailing time is lost by the owner.
IV. EXTRAS
Extra costs are minimal. Each member will have up to 60 days use of the yacht and only be required to pay fuel and incidentals such as food and beer.
V. AFTER FIVE YEARS
After 5 years and guarantees are up on the engine, Evermarine will agree to buy back any share for a set price of $200,000. This means in effect that over a five year period a luxury yacht worth two and a half million dollars can be owned for just $225,000.
