Description

The Azimut 62S is designed to give family and friends every chance to enjoy the open expanse of the sea, and the delights of sunshine and breezes. The aft deck has large open spaces; two areas are meant for sunbathing—one at the stern and another at the bow. Wide walkways and handrails ensure safe passage from one area to another.

The aft relaxation area with its sunpad has lockers and a bar that houses either a refrigerator or an ice-maker. The sofa in the cockpit is an extension of this space. The garage can accommodate a tender or a jet ski, or a 3.20 meter tender can be stored on the lifting platform.

The galley is on the lower deck and is equipped with sophisticated Gaggenau appliances. The hard top over the eight-person dining table opens for dining picnic-style. Glass doors unite the cockpit with the salon. In the salon, on the port side are sofas with striking geometric designs, and the dining table; on the right is are wooden cabinets, a mini-bar and a slide-away 32-inch plasma screen.

The owner’s cabin is amidship for full-beam width and full height. From each side, a row of six square windows floods the cabin with light. On the left is the bed, on the right two armchairs and a table comprise a sitting area, perfect for conversation and snacking. In the private bathroom, the shower stall features a hydro-massage column.

The bed in the VIP cabin opens like scissor blades, dividing into twin beds. The elongated portholes open to the breeze. The bathroom, like all bathrooms on the Azimut 62S has wengé-wood furnishings and glass basins.

The media room can be converted to a third cabin with twin beds and en suite shower room.
