The Azimut 68S has won five international prizes—so far. It’s sporty lines and distinctive square hull windows make it easily recognized, and admired. But the Azimut 68S is made to enjoy with exterior and interior spaces filled with light and air. The hardtop opens or retracts electrically in just about ten seconds.

On the bow, the sunpad has an ergonomic cushion for comfort and handrails for safety. The aft sun deck has a C-shaped sofa that converts to a sunpad. This relaxation area includes an independent galley with built-in refrigerator, microwave, four burners and a stainless steel worktop under overhanging cupboards. At 32-inch television screen retracts into the starboard cabinet. Above the lifting platform, the garage hatch opens to house a 3.20 meter tender. Two staircases descend from the wheelhouse, one to the galley, another to the lower deck.

In the salon, the four-panel door retracts almost completely, extending onto the external terrace with its specially chosen furnishings and retractable bimini.

The owner’s cabin is full-beam and full-height, since it is located at the center of the boat. The suite features a dinette and a library, as well as a roomy full-height wardrobe. The décor is striking, using dark wengé wood, teak and stainless steel with leather inserts. Furniture features woven roving; leather; and fabrics in ecru, sand, and bright Indian silks.

All bathrooms on the Azimut 68S have crystal sinks mounted on the wall and floors of wengé wood. The VIP cabin in the bow has two functional portholes. The guest cabin has twin beds and a private bathroom that includes a separate shower compartment.
